The State Quilt Guild of NJ, Inc. is a non-profit, volunteer organization. We need YOUR help!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

It's once again that time of year when your volunteer help is most needed. Your help is needed in "QUILT HANGING", "QUILT UNHANGING" and "WHITE GLOVE VOLUNTEERS".

QUILT HANGING and QUILT UNHANGING is mostly GROUND BASED, meaning you don't have to climb a ladder if you feel you can't. You can put poles in the quilt sleeve and hand them over to the "Hangers" (those who CAN climb ladders), etc., etc.. The unhanging works the same way only in reverse. Quilt hanging will take place at the show venue starting at 9am on TUESDAY, June 10th til about 5pm. We will continue to hang quilts on WEDNESDAY, June 11th, until finished. Quilt Unhanging will commence at 5:30pm on SATURDAY, June 14th, after the show closes.

WHITE GLOVE VOLUNTEERS - stroll the isles of the show to make sure no one touches the quilts, answer questions, and shows the backs of the quilts if asked. I need White Glove Volunteers for Thursday, June 12th, Friday, June 13th, and Saturday, June 14th, in two-hour increments starting at 10am til 5pm.

This is the time for you to show your support by volunteering some time to help out. Any amount of time you can contribute will be greatly appreciated. A mere two-hours of your time, on any of the above mentioned dates, will get you 1/2 price admission to the show, (if you are not pre-registered for classes, the luncheon or dinner). WHAT A BARGAIN!!!.

I thank you for your help.
