We need you! Volunteers are needed during all show hours. A fun way to see the show with a discounted admission. There will be a check-in area in the lobby for all volunteers. Jobs include "White Glove", Admissions Desk, Ticket Checkers, Vendor Relief and more. Minimum 2 hours volunteer work for show discount. Dates and times are assigned on a first registered basis. Limited availability.

Fast-paced, run-around
Meet quilter, go to the quilt maker's quilt, take down quilt, send quilter to check out area to check out quilt.
Viewer's Choice Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Sit down
From time to time during the day, collect votes from ballot box.
Count and record votes and have totals available for the announcement of Viewer’s Choice Saturday afternoon.
Vendors Relief Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Some sitting, some standing
Provide coverage for vendors who need bathroom or lunch breaks.
Usually only 10-20 minutes or less during the day
Busiest time is morning break, lunch break, and afternoon break
Vendor's Lounge Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Staff the lounge.
Keep area tidy and have supplies, coffee, tea, snacks available for volunteers and vendors
White Glove Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Standing and wandering through the quilt area.
Assist visitors in viewing quilts by showing quilt back, or other features of the quilt. Alert visitors about not touching the quilts or having food near the quilts.
Workshops Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Moving around, arranging room
Mostly needed before each class begins in the morning or afternoon classes.
Assist chairperson in making sure teachers have supplies for the classroom.
Youth Activities Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Mostly standing and moving around
