We welcome your Group to sponsor a bus trip to our show and receive the special group rate of $8/person and one complimentary ticket for each bus driver. Tickets for the special “dinner-lecture” will be discounted to $45/person for your group (minimum 10 tickets). (The Saturday luncheon/slide lecture is also discounted to $25/person, minimum 10 tickets). Upon receipt of your registration form and prepayment for your group, you will receive a letter of confirmation and driving directions from your area. Wristbands, show programs, lecture tickets and any show pins ordered in advance will be distributed when your bus arrives. Wristbands are good for admission to all exhibits, free lectures and demos.
Anyone attending classes must register and sign in as an individual, and will not count toward the 20 person minimum, but may certainly ride the bus with your group.
